My tracking number isn't working, what should I do?
If you have received a tracking number via email, it may take several hours for your order to show up in our shipping providers' systems. This may mean that your tracking number is showing an error, or an "invalid" message.
If it hasn't shown up after 2-3 hours after it was emailed to you, here's what to do:
- If your order is being sent to an address in Australia, please re-check the tracking number after 6pm AEST/AEDT on the day it was issued. This is the time at which most orders hit their first scanning point within the Australia Post system. If your tracking info is still showing an error the following morning, please contact us at email@example.com, quoting your order number.
- If your order is being sent to an address in the United Kingdom and tracking is showing an error, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your order number and our team will be happy to help.
- If your order is being sent to an address outside of Australia or the United Kingdom, please contact us at email@example.com
